Psychological support
PSYCHOEDUCATION FOR CHILDREN
We have a unique S.P.A.C.E. program developed by Irish psychologists that promotes the development of children at every stage of their growth. We prioritize social interest, cooperation, a sense of belonging and active participation in society. Children learn to accept themselves, gain confidence and courage to overcome life's challenges.
Gaining knowledge and skills that help them feel connected and important makes a harmonious life accessible to all. Our program is based on the principles of Adlerian psychology, which emphasizes the importance of relationships and connection with others, including our community.
The SPACE program is designed with the following goals in mind:
- Creating a safe and fun environment where children can explore themselves and the world around them.
- Developing cooperation, social interaction, self-esteem, a sense of belonging and confidence.
- Encouraging self-acceptance and self-love.
- Understanding the importance of social connection and positive emotions.
WORK WITH TEENAGERS
Especially for adolescents, we have developed psychological support programs called "Nonviolent Communication" and "Conflict Resolution".
When they fail to communicate their needs and feelings, disputes and conflicts arise. The principles of non-violent communication will help to avoid aggression and quarrels with loved ones. This method helps teenagers communicate with their peers and parents.
Our psychologists will help them learn to observe without judgment, understand their feelings and needs.
Class topics:
- Establishing a heart-to-heart connection;
- Managing anger and aggression;
- Reaction to criticism;
- Deep work with criticism;
- The power of gratitude.
MENTAL HEALTH GROUP FOR ADULTS
Quite often in a psychologist's office, you hear the question: "What should I do?". It usually follows the question "What should I do?" We will help you figure this out in a therapy group.
What is a therapy group? It is a space where you have the opportunity to share your experience, your pain and feelings. It is the group that helps to create the inner space without which it is impossible to cope with emotional problems.
In the group you can:
- explore your ways of living;
- experience open, sincere relationships;
- move towards a more realistic vision of yourself and others;
- learn how to receive and give support;
- get a solution to a problem from several participants at once.
